Es Castell is a stone clad country residence set in the heart of the beautiful unspoilt s’Horta valley affording truly magnificent undulating views across almond and olive groves towards verdant hillsides and the distant sea. Very peaceful and private location which is ideal for a totally relaxing holiday amidst Mallorca’s natural verdant countryside. Diving along the winding lanes lined with wild fennel and rosemary is an absolute delight. An arched oak door opens into the cobblestone courtyard and to the main entrance. As you enter the main hallway you are greeted with fabulous views of surrounding hillsides and valleys. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, walk-in pantry, doorway to side patio and poolside terrace. Utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
Stairs lead up to the impressive master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and full en-suite bath/shower room with a heated towel rail. The private upper sun terrace is accessed via exterior steps. Another special feature of “Es Castell” are the colourful mature gardens with winding pathways meandering through the lawns to various areas providing their own features. One area is shaded by scented pines providing welcome shade from the summer sun- ideal for afternoon siestas. To one side of the curved pool with tiled “dolphin” feature and roman steps is the brick built BBQ with covered side terrace and dining area.
